We produce 28‑day dry aged, grass‑fed beef with true provenance. Our cattle graze herb and legume rich pastures and are supported with natural seaweed minerals, thriving in a regenerative system that nurtures soil health, biodiversity and animal wellbeing.
The result is fully traceable beef with extraordinary flavour, available directly from our farm to your table.
